The Challenge: Having a CharlieCard, the card used to ride Boston's subway system (aka The T), is tedious to hold and find in your bag. Also, only being able to add value to it at specific locations is time-consuming and thus a dreadful situation.
The Solution: Creating TAP by MBTA, a bracelet that you can simply tap to hop on the T, along with its app, The TAP App, which allows you to add money to your bracelet in a simple, easy-to-use way, with a few taps to your phone.
